Fallout & Forza fans rejoice
The Pre-Apocalyptic, Chryslus Rocket ’69 from the Fallout series will soon be a driveable car in Fallout 6!
According to Forza's website -
Built for cruising the highways and byways of the pre-apocalypse, the micro fusion-powered Chryslus Rocket ‘69 will soon be turning laps on the world-famous circuits of Forza Motorsport 6.
With its retro-futuristic lines and performance that will take you from zero to “whoa” in a handful of seconds, the Chryslus Rocket ‘69 is a unique addition to any car collection featuring a custom Forzavista experience that details its history and lets players check out its features in astonishing detail.
The car is cool as hell and has been released into Forza as part of a wider partnership between the two game studios (Turn 10 Studios & Bethesda Game Studios), which has been in place since November 2015. It's also not the first vehicle to cross-over between the two franchises, with a Fallout themed Ford F100 being released as part of the announcement.
Users who have played either Forza 6 or Fallout 4 on their XBox one console will receive a message to their console with a code to download the extra content via the XBox store. Turn 10 have warned that it might take up to a week for messages to arrive as they (and presumably Microsoft) send out the messages, and lets be honest - there are going to be millions of them. In addition, players who purchase Forza 6 and/or Fallout 4 between April 14 to the end of the month will also recieve their codes early next month.
Have fun!
