Tis the season
Considering yesterday we brought you #Skyrim news of a player remaking cities and holds in a huge mod - now it's Zelda's turn.
YouTuber CryZENx recreated Gerudo Valley, writing on his page that he based his work on the 3DS version of the map and then recreated everything in scratch using UE4 [Unreal engine].
Originally released in late 1998 for the N64, the critically aclaimed game has a place in the Nintendo hall of fame (along with Golden eye), so its no suprise that this was the target of a fan make over.
And you can see just the level of work CryZENx put in if you compare his work against the original:
